"Walked in to discuss my insurance. Actually was a good meeting other than we discussed the change of an account. Was told I'd be contacted about the possible change. Never heard back from anyone. Called back was told there was no recollection of what change I was talking about. I should have recorded the meeting because I took time off work for the meeting and then I would have remembered exactly what the change request was about. Called back tried to explain what I thought the change was about, was not understood. Got nowhere. Super sad, disappointed. Makes me feel a bit nervous about my policies. I guess I should have called back sooner after my appointment since I had not heard back from anyone about my request and was told I would hear back from them. I should have also taken better notes. I will in the future!"

"Avoid this place at all costs. We were quoted a price back in July for Home Owner Insurance. Three months later we get a notice to Increase our premium. Dated for the day we refinanced our home. They would not do anything to make it right. Honor the quote they gave me or even refund my money. They would only cancel the policy day of. The increase how ever started back in July. Anything to make a buck. A paper quote isn't good enough here."
